Mail Carrier in a Snowstorm
On February 9, 2017, there was a major snowstorm in New York City. I always like to venture out on days of inclement weather to photograph. There were very few people out in the streets and most businesses in the financial district were closed. It was a charming moment to see this faithful mail carrier out in the snow and wind, rolling his mail cart along Stone Street making postal deliveries. "Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds." Stone Street, Financial District, New York. February 2017.
