Deceptive Depth
Many icebergs in Antarctica look like carved ice sculptures. In order to identify them later in photographs I would give them a name. This iceberg was interesting because when I photographed the left side straight on, I called it "Ski Boot" and the right side "Magic Kingdom". As we motored from "Ski Boot" to "Magic Kingdom", the depth of the iceberg in front of us was deceptively deep. The aqua color beneath the water is quite beautiful.
