The reflections of boats and sails created beautiful colors and patterns in the water. There was a great deal of activity in North Cove with a sailing school, large yachts, America II and motor boats shuttling people around. The oil in the water from these boats created unusual patterns resembling a contemporary abstract design. North Cove, Battery Park City, New York. October 2013.
